At Alpha Class (myalphaclass.in), we provide coaching, courses, revision kits, and study materials. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Alpha Class are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course and tuition fees
  • Admission and registration fees
  • Revision kits, test series, and printed study materials
  • Any other product or service purchased through myalphaclass.in

Once a payment is completed, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees will be entertained under any circumstances. A seat, study material, or service is reserved/allocated to you upon payment, and therefore the amount paid cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While fees and materials are non-refundable, if you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item (such as a revision kit or study material), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/proof. Subject to verification and stock availability, we will provide a replacement of the same item. No monetary refund will be issued.
